PDSES Outreach Materials
To comply with 19 TAC §102.1601(j), school districts and open-enrollment charter schools must provide program information to families of eligible students who have not yet applied. District representatives must request a PDSES LEA User role in TEAL to access the list of students in their district who have already applied. Additional guidance is available:
- in the PDSES Eligible Student Lists slide deck, and
- the TEA/LEA SPED webinar from 2.17.2026 (PDSES content begins at 22:05).
