SPPI 12: Measurement
State Performance Plan Indicator (SPPI) 12 measures the percent of children referred by Part C prior to age 3, who are found eligible for Part B, and who have an individualized education program (IEP) developed and implemented by their third birthdays.

SPPI 12: Data Source
The data source for SPPI 12 is the Texas Student Data System (TSDS) Child Find (CF) collection. Local educational agencies (LEAs) submit student level data for children who have an individualized education program (IEP) developed and implemented by their third birthdays during the annual collection period.
