MPA Cycle 3 District Application (Window Closed)

The MPA Cycle 3 District Application is for districts interested in implementing a mentor program for new teachers using MPA funding. The application window opens January 10, 2022 and closes February 18, 2022. Districts who applied and received funding in previous cycles must still complete a new application for Cycle 3. Please note that all documents have been updated for Cycle 3 and must be used to apply for Cycle 3.

Application Materials (Application Window Closed)

The following materials are due by 5:00 p.m. (CST) on February 18, 2022:

  • Qualtrics Submission (Preview)
  • Scope & Sequence: Attachment A
  • Campus Implementation List: Attachment B (if applicable)

All attachments must be uploaded to the Qualtrics link using the following file types and naming conventions:
