SPPI 15: Measurement

State Performance Plan Indicator (SPPI) 15 measures the percent of hearing requests that went to resolution sessions that were resolved through resolution session settlement agreements.

SPPI 15 is measured at the state level only (no local education agency reports).

SPPI 15 data are collected from complaints and dispute resolution processes tracked internally at the Texas Education Agency (TEA) through the Correspondence and Resolution Management System (CDRMS).
