The State Performance Plan/Annual Performance Report (SPP/APR) includes a State Systemic Improvement Plan (SSIP) that is a comprehensive, ambitious, yet achievable multi-year plan for improving results for children with disabilities. The SSIP includes baseline data, targets, and updated data.
