This letter provides notice to regional educational service centers (ESCs) and Texas institutions of higher education (IHEs) that TEA is seeking letters of interest (LOIs) for several grant opportunities aimed at supporting local education agencies (LEAs) and TEA as they work toward the goals included in the Special Education Strategic Plan.
