Adopted Amendment to 19 TAC Chapter 97, Planning and Accountability, Subchapter AA, Accountability and Performance Monitoring, §97.1001, Accountability Rating System
Summary: The amendment adopts in rule applicable excerpts of the 2025 Accountability Manual. Earlier versions of the manual will remain in effect with respect to the school years for which they were developed. Changes to Figure: 19 TAC §97.1001(b) were made since published as proposed.

Adopted New 19 TAC Chapter 97, Planning and Accountability, Subchapter AA, Accountability and Performance Monitoring, §97.1002, Accountability Rating Appeals Process and Timeline
Summary: The new section adopts in rule the accountability ratings appeals process and timeline that will supersede the timelines referenced in Chapter 8 of the 2023 Accountability Manual and 2024 Accountability Manual and apply to all accountability rating appeals from 2023 and beyond until otherwise updated. Changes to Figure: 19 TAC §97.1002(b) were made since published as proposed.
