Adopted Revisions to 19 TAC Chapter 153, School District Personnel, Subchapter EE, Commissioner's Rules Concerning Registry of Persons Not Eligible for Employment in Public Schools
Summary: The adopted revisions amend §153.1201, Definitions, and add new §153.1253, Temporary Inclusion in Registry, to provide clarification to existing statutory provisions and implement the requirements of Senate Bill 571, 89th Texas Legislature, Regular Session, 2025. The revisions were adopted with changes since published as proposed.
