Test Information At A Glance

Current providers of the high school equivalency tests in Texas include the GED test through GED Testing Service, LLC and the HiSET exam through Educational Testing Service (ETS). Upon the successful completion of a single provider’s exams, the test taker will be issued a State of Texas Certificate of High School Equivalency.

NOTE: As of September 1, 2019, Data Recognition Corporation (DRC)  no longer administers the TASC test in Texas.
