Proposed Review of 19 TAC Chapter 30, Administration, Subchapter AA, Commissioner of Education: General Provisions, and Subchapter BB, Commissioner of Education: Purchasing and Contracts
Summary: As required by Texas Government Code, §2001.039, TEA will accept comments as to whether the reasons for adopting 19 TAC Chapter 30, Subchapters AA and BB, continue to exist.
Public Comment Period: December 20, 2024-January 21, 2025.
