2024-2026 SSI Community Partnerships Grant Cohort 4

The purpose of this grant is support significant improvements in educational and developmental outcomes for children and youth who live in distressed communities by providing access to wrap-around services, engaging families and the community to create strong partnerships, and increasing access to academic supports.

From December 11, 2024, to August 31, 2026.
