2024-2025 ESC Title IV, Part A, Capacity Building State Initiative

The purpose of this Title IV, Part A, Capacity Building Statewide Initiative (CBSI) grant is to create and provide training, resources, guidance, and build capacity under the Title IV, Part A, program’s three content areas:  well-rounded education, safe and healthy students, and the effective use of technology for 20 Education Service Centers (ESCs) and Local Educational Agencies (LEAs) statewide. Training and resources will be developed and available to the 20 ESCs for delivery within respective regions and directly to LEAs. In addition, this grant program will provide collaboration and coordination with TEA in training, resources, support, and building educator capacity for Title IV, Part A, programs statewide. 

Grant Period 

From September 1, 2024, to August 31, 2025.
