Texas Reading Academies and Educator Preparation Programs

Texas Reading Academies (TRA) is a statewide professional development program that engages elementary educators with high-quality instructional strategies rooted in the Science of Teaching Reading (STR). In the TRA program, teachers explore research-based lessons and classroom application of literacy skills.
