Staff Salary Subsystem

School districts, charter schools, regional education service centers, and transportation co-ops must use the Foundation School Program (FSP) Staff Salary subsystem to submit the employee counts used in calculating their staff salary allotments. The number of district employees who are not administrators or employees subject to the minimum salary schedule determines the amount of this allotment. Each entity receives $500 for each full-time employee and $250 for each part-time employee who meets these criteria.

Staff employed by a fiscal agent or a charter school that is contracted to run a school district campus should be reported by the fiscal agent or charter school.
