ESC Comprehensive School Support Grant
The purpose of this grant is to increase capacity of Education Service Centers (ESCs) to facilitate work with identified Title I Comprehensive Support and Improvement Campuses by providing training and professional development aligned to the Effective Schools Framework (ESF) Continuous Improvement Process, support of campus’ intervention strategies, and ESF Shared Diagnostic. This grant may also be used to support building capacity for other Title I campuses identified for improvement through the Closing the Gaps Domain.

ESC School Improvement Facilitation Grant
The purpose of this grant is to provide Targeted Improvement Plan (TIP) and/or Turnaround Plan (TAP) development, alignment of the TIP/TAP to the Effective Schools Framework and progress monitoring and support throughout the school year. This grant provides support to Title I Comprehensive Support and Improvement campuses as well as other campuses identified for improvement through the Closing the Gaps Domain.
ESC Instructional Continuity Technical Assistance Grant
The purpose of this 2019-2021 ESC Instructional Continuity Technical Assistance Grant will be to provide funding to the Educational Service Centers (ESC) for use in the support of districts with Title I served targeted support and improvement campuses in areas including instructional continuity planning, curriculum development for remote or at-home schools, virtual or remote instruction training, progress monitoring and data analysis. This project will provide technical assistance support to districts with Title I served targeted improvement and support schools as they fulfill grant assurances for implementation of the 2019-2021 Instructional Continuity Grant. The objective is to provide adequate resources and assistance to districts to support the launch and/or continuation of remote and virtual learning.
