Adopted Amendment to 19 TAC Chapter 74, Curriculum Requirements, Subchapter AA, Commissioner's Rules on College and Career Readiness, §74.1005, College and Career Funding and Reimbursements
Summary: The adopted amendment updates language concerning college and career related assessment reimbursements as required by House Bill (HB) 2 and HB 120, 89th Texas Legislature, Regular Session, 2025, and makes technical edits for clarification and consistency. The rule was adopted with changes since published as proposed.

Adopted New 19 TAC Chapter 153, School District Personnel, Subchapter FF, Commissioner's Rules Concerning Preparing and Retaining Educators Through Partnership Program Allotment
Summary: The adopted new subchapter establishes rules concerning the Preparing and Retaining Educators Through Partnership Program Allotment, which was enacted by House Bill 2, 89th Texas Legislature, Regular Session, 2025. The new sections were adopted with changes since published as proposed.
Effective Date: May 17, 2026
