2025-2027 SSI Community Partnerships Grant Cohort 5

The purpose of this grant is support significant improvements in educational and developmental outcomes for children and youth who live in distressed communities by providing access to wrap-around services, engaging families and the community to create strong partnerships, and increasing access to academic supports.

Grant Period

From November 18, 2025, to August 31, 2027.
