Regaining Application Access After a TEASE to TEAL Migration
If you did not have a TEAL account with your TEASE account linked to it prior to an application migration from TEASE to TEAL, then we were unable to automatically migrate your existing application access. Below are the steps you must perform to regain access to the migrated application through TEAL.
Create a New TEAL Account

Wait overnight for automated system action
Create a New TEAL Account
If you have not done so already:
Go to the TEA Login page. Click Request New User Account.
Fill in the registration form and submit it. You will receive an email with your account information.
Note: TEA Employee access requests must first be approved by HR. TEA Contractor access requests must be approved by your manager. All others will be automatically approved.
When you log on for the first time, you must change your password, signify your assurances about the treatment of secure data and select and provide answers to three security questions. Be sure to note the exact form you use to answer the questions, because if you forget your password, you will need to provide the answers in their exact form.
Link your TEASE Account
Once you can log into TEAL, link the TEASE account you previously used to access the migrated application to your TEAL account. The steps to accomplish this are:
Under the Self-Service section, click the Link TEASE Accounts link.
The Link TEASE Account page appears. Click the Link a TEASE account button.
The Link TEASE account dialog appears.
Click in the TEASE User ID field to enter your TEASE username.
Click in the TEASE Password field to enter your TEASE password.
Click in the Confirm Password field to retype the password.
You can optionally enter an alias to help you identify this TEASE account.
Click the Submit button.
A message appears that the request was successfully submitted.
Click the Refresh account list button. Your TEASE account is now linked to the TEAL system.
Note: You can no longer use this TEASE username to directly log in to TEASE.
Wait overnight for automated system action
You will have to wait overnight until an automated system process links up your migrated application access to your TEAL account.
Once this linkage is completed, you will see a link for the migrated application on the left side of the TEAL Applications tab. Clicking this link will send you to the migratedapplication.
