2024-2026 ESF Focused Support Grant Awardee Information

The Texas Education Agency (TEA) has provided Comprehensive Support and Improvement (CSI), Targeted Support and Improvement (TSI), and Additional Support (ATS) campuses the opportunity the apply for a competitive grant titled the 2024-2026 ESF Focused Support Grant.

Campuses have been identified and communicated with and will receive funding and support from the Division of School Improvement for the 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 school years.

The Title l, 1003 ESF-focused support grant awardees were notified via an email to the district Superintendents on May 31st, 2024. The Division of School Improvement has posted an informational webinar for LEAs awarded the grant to learn more about next steps for the 2024 -2026 ESF Focused Support Grant on the Division of School Improvement LEA grants webpage and is linked below this table.

July 1st, 2024 Grant negotiations begin
Late July, 2024 NOGAs will begin to be sent out on a rolling basis
August 2024 - September 2024 VIP services contracted and began
Monthly starting August 2024 Funds must be drawn down monthly
June 1st, 2025 Ensure that 60% of grant funds have been drawn down
September 20, 2026 Ensure that 100% of grant funds have been drawn down
