Teacher Leadership Fellowship
Overview
The Texas Education Agency (TEA) Teacher Leadership Fellowship (TLF) is a highly selective two-year fellowship designed to strengthen teacher leadership pathways at the state-level and increase meaningful opportunities for teachers to shape the profession.
The TLF meets virtually once a month. In the monthly meetings, fellows engage with educators across the state as well as TEA leadership to provide input on strategic initiatives. Additionally, fellows receive leadership training on skills aligned to teacher leadership competencies.
