The Instructional Materials Review and Approval (IMRA) Publisher Handbook provides the information necessary for publishers involved in the IMRA process to fulfill requirements and complete action items. 

The IMRA process and the accompanying handbook are structured into clearly defined phases, each designed to guide publishers through specific procedural requirements and decision points. Refer to the IMRA Process Overview to gain a better understanding of the phases.

Publisher Office Hours 

TEA hosts weekly office hours every Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. CT for publishers interested in participating in IMRA Cycle 2026. During office hours, TEA staff provide training, share information, and answer publishers’ questions. Publishers are encouraged to attend office hours, which are hosted on Zoom.
