Please Note: . Currently Identified Cohort A 23-24 and Cohort B 24-25 LEAs are not required to submit a new ESSA Talent Plan. ESSA Talent Leads will continue to do periodic check-ins with each district.
Submission Window: The window opens March 2, 2026 for Cohort C 25-26 LEAs. ESC Talent Plan Leads will work with LEA staff to review the plan using success criteria. Final submission deadline is April 10, 2026, in ISAM.
