Accountability Manual for 2027 Ratings

The Preliminary Accountability Rating System Manual for 2027 Accountability Ratings is now available.  The public comment period for the proposed 2027 Accountability Systems Rating Manual is December 12, 2025 through January 12, 2026.  Stakeholders are invited to submit Public Comment on Proposed Rule for changes to the proposed manual to be considered prior to final adoption.
