Career and Technical Education

The Texas Education Agency issues nine Career and Technical Education certificates.  Trades and Industrial Education, Health Science Technology Education, and Marketing Education certificates require work experience.  For initial certification, you must meet the requirements for becoming a classroom teacher in Texas.
