Where to start
TEA's Public Information Request webpage explains how to file a request by email, mail, phone, or online.
Only the PIR-designated email address or fax number listed on the webpage can receive official requests. Requests sent to other TEA email addresses or fax numbers are not subject to Public Information Act requirements.
Submitting a PIR
You can submit a PIR to the following:

- Phone: (512) 463-3464
- Online: Online Request Form
When you leave a voicemail or send an email, please include your first and last name, your phone number, your question, and any relevant details.
