Providing EPPs with Actionable Data
The Insight to Impact (I2I) data dashboards, developed by the Texas Education Agency, provide Educator Preparation Programs (EPPs) in Texas with valuable insights and data about their candidates and programs. These user-friendly, online dashboards are offered at no cost to all Texas EPPs and offer a wealth of actionable data to help EPPs improve their processes and outcomes.
A Collaborative Process
Research was conducted to learn what EPPs would find impactful in these dashboards. A diverse group of EPPs was selected from the wide variety of programs in the state and they provided input on what data they felt should be included. In addition, an Insight to Impact Dashboard Governance Committee is being convened to identify and prioritize updates to the dashboards.
