OnePlan
The OnePlan Pilot is an exploratory initiative designed to test whether multiple required plans—such as the District Improvement Plan and the ESSA school system (LEA Program Plan) requirements—can be combined into a single, streamlined template and tool.
Through this pilot, we aim to learn whether a unified planning approach can reduce administrative burden while strengthening strategic planning, goal alignment, and progress monitoring for school systems. Insights from the pilot will inform whether and how this direction should be expanded in the future.
