Texas Public Education and Information Reports (TPEIR)
The Texas Public Education and Information Reports (TPEIR) website provides a variety of reports on Prekindergarten and Kindergarten Programs in Texas. These include general program information (such as enrollment, student demographics, etc.) and student assessment results. The "PK-12" menu option in the main menu of that page includes a dropdown with multiple types of reports that can be accessed by site visitors.

During the 84th Legislative Legislation session, the Legislature passed House Bill 4 (HB 4). Within HB 4, was a provision requesting a study be conducted to better understand the relationship between quality and class size and student-to-teacher ratios in prekindergarten.
