PEIMS Fall Submission Due Dates Revised

This communication is to inform school systems about the update to the PEIMS Fall Submission due dates. To assist school systems with the submission, the due dates for the PEIMS Fall Submission have been revised as follows:

It is imperative that school systems continue to work with their source system vendors to resolve any issues or concerns with completing the PEIMS Fall Submission.

If your school system is able to complete the PEIMS Fall First Submission by the original due date of December 12, 2024, please do so.

No other TSDS Submission timelines have been revised.

School Year 2024-2025 Income Eligibility Verification Forms Extension Update

Based on the extension of the PEIMS Fall Submission due dates, school systems will be allowed to update their students’ Economically Disadvantaged indicator until the PEIMS Fall Resubmission closes on January 30, 2025. This means that school systems can continue to try to obtain income eligibility verification forms (or other means of verifying eligibility, including the use of locally developed income verification surveys or other categorical sources of eligibility) for students past the PEIMS Fall snapshot date; however, the student must be determined to be eligible on or before October 25, 2024.
