ADOPTED RULE REVIEWS


19 TAC Chapter 30, Administration, Subchapter AA, Commissioner of Education: General Provisions, and Subchapter BB, Commissioner of Education: Purchasing and Contracts
Summary: TEA finds that the reasons for adopting Subchapters AA and BB continue to exist and readopts the rules. TEA did not receive any comments related to the review. At a later date, TEA anticipates proposing an amendment to Subchapter AA that would update the procedures to petition for the adoption of rule changes.
