Phase 3: Instructional Materials Review

TEA hosts weekly office hours every Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. CT for publishers interested in participating in IMRA Cycle 2026. During office hours, TEA staff provide training, share information, and answer publishers’ questions. Publishers are encouraged to attend office hours, which are hosted on Zoom.

Phase 3: Instructional Materials Review Requirements outlines the documentation, submissions, and actions publishers must complete to support the formal review, evaluation, and potential approval of submitted instructional materials.

This section describes the required materials, forms, timelines, and system submissions that ensure transparency, compliance with statute and rule, and efficient review by TEA, IMRA reviewers, and the State Board of Education.
