Application for Residential Placement
A school district which intends to contract for placement of a student with a residential facility under 19 TAC §89.61 must notify TEA through the residential application process. The Application for Approval of Funding for Residential Placement is available through each ESC. The list of Nonpublic Schools for Students with Disabilities Approved for Contracting Purposes is available to assist districts and campuses in conducting required activities.
