TTIPS Cycle 4 - 2015-2020

The Texas Title I Priority Schools (TTIPS) grants are made from funds made available under Section 1003(g) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), currently authorized under the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001. Request for Applications (RFA) was made available on June 19, 2015. Cycle 4 will operate in a pre-implementation period from January 1, 2016 through August 31, 2016 and will be in full-implementation beginning with the 2016-2017 school year.

The intent of the TTIPS grant program is to achieve lasting positive reforms in the state's most struggling campuses through highest-quality implementation of strong evidence-based interventions. These interventions are designed within a framework of one of seven school reform models. Eligible applicants must select one of the following school reform models:
