RDA Manual Update
Beginning with the 2023-2024 school year, the RDA Manual will no longer be a standalone manual but will be incorporated as a chapter in the Accountability Manual.
The Chapter 12, "Results Driven Accountability (RDA)," in the 2023 Accountability Manual was adopted into rule as 19 TAC §97.1001 on November 14, 2023. This year’s manual incorporates all information related to RDA, which was previously published in a separate rule. In previous years, the RDA Manuals and the Performance Based Monitoring Analysis System Manual (PBMAS) were adopted into rule separately as 19 TAC §97.1005. Prior year information can be accessed from the "Historical RDA and PBMAS Manuals" section below.
