This letter informs local educational agencies (LEAs) of the 10-business-day window to review their confidential 2025 Results Driven Accountability (RDA) data, including the LEA report, data download, and significant disproportionality (SD) data, available in the Accountability application of the Texas Education Agency Login (TEAL). The data will be accessible on September 18, 2025. The review window opens on September 19, 2025, and closes on October 2, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.

LEAs are encouraged to examine their data and contact the Performance-Based Monitoring (PBM) team in the Performance Reporting Division at the Texas Education Agency (TEA) with any questions or concerns regarding the confidential information in TEAL.

Key Differences Between Confidential and Public RDA Reports

The confidential (unmasked) data available in TEAL includes RDA indicators across the three program areas: Bilingual Education/English as a Second Language/Emergent Bilingual (BE/ESL/EB), Other Special Populations (OSP), and Special Education (SPED). This unmasked release includes performance levels (PLs) for RDA indicators and SD data.

The special education PLs for the Federally Required Elements (FREs) and the RDA program area determination levels (DLs) are not included in the confidential data release on September 18, 2025. The FREs and DLs will be available in TEAL by late October, and the final RDA public reports, which include masked indicator data, PLs, FRE PLs, and DLs, will be published in mid-November on the RDA District Reports webpage. The public reports are masked to protect student privacy and comply with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

For information on the RDA indicators, data sources, and measurement requirements, please refer to Chapter 12 and Appendix K of the Accountability Rating System Manual.
