Help Desk Ticketing for Customer Service

NOTE:  Beginning December 11, 2017, all communication and customer service requests regarding the Texas Certificate of High School Equivalency are made through the TEA Help Desk.  The txchse@tea.texas.gov email will no longer be monitored. 

The Help Desk ticketing system is for all correspondence regarding the Texas Certificate of High School Equivalency.  There are six options for the type of correspondence:

Submitting personal information and attachments is secure.  To avoid delays, please provide all requested information, including complete social security number and date of birth (where applicable).
