Performance-Based Monitoring Analysis System (PBMAS)

The Performance-Based Monitoring Analysis System is an automated data system that reports annually on the performance of school districts and charter schools in selected program areas (bilingual education/English as a second language, career and technical education, certain federal Title programs, and special education). Annual reports are produced from the data contained in the Performance-Based Monitoring Analysis System as well a certain State Performance Plan (SPP) federally required district determination elements.

Division of School Improvement staff uses this data to assign required intervention activities based on the district's annual performance on individual indicators and patterns across all indicators.

Additional information is provided in the To the Administrator Addressed letter which may be downloaded from the School Improvement Communications web page.
