Subject: P-TECH and Industry Cluster Innovative Academy Planning and Designation Applications Open

Applications are now open for Pathways in Technology Early College High School (P-TECH) and Industry Cluster Innovative Academy (ICIA) planning year and designation. The applications are live at ccrm.stemcenter.utexas.edu and close on May 25, 2018, at 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST).

Any school district or open-enrollment charter school that would like to start a P-TECH or ICIA program must apply for a planning year with the intent of serving students in the P-TECH or ICIA program beginning in the 2019-2020 school year. Any open enrollment public school district or open-enrollment charter school that is already implementing all the requirements of a P-TECH/ICIA program may apply for 2018-2019 designation as a P-TECH or ICIA school. Recipients of the P-TECH and ICIA Planning or Success grants do not need to complete the applications. A list of P-TECH and ICIA Planning and Success grantee recipients are available here.
