ePlan Course of Events

For planning purposes, districts and charter schools generally submit technology plans beginning in the fall for approval for the next school year.  Technology plans should be submitted during the same timeframe each year.  A typical course of events for technology planning follows:

  1. Texas Teacher STaR Charts are submitted.
  2. Texas Campus STaR Charts are submitted.
  3. Technology plans are created and submitted in the Texas ePlan system.
